How quickly do you process orders?
We know you’re excited to get cooking. All orders placed before 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer complimentary shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free on every order. There are no minimums and no hidden fees—just free standard shipping, every time you shop with us.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days via our trusted network of major carriers, which may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
