Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused condition and securely packed in their original packaging with all included accessories. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts not due to our error. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can prioritize your case.
Return Shipping Costs
We provide free returns with no restocking fees for all eligible items. Once your return is authorized, we will supply you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@lodgecasttiron.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will respond within one business day with the next steps and your prepaid label.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse (allow 1-2 business days for this process), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email, but please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
